New Release: Snowed In Again

Releasing tonight, just in time for Christmas...

Snowed In Again
Release Date: December 24th, 2015

In the last year, Ethan has watched his friend Alex and his dad fall deeper in love with each other and get married. Now, it’s Christmas time again and Ethan still hasn’t found that perfect person to share his life with.

During their annual charity event, Ethan runs into his best friend, Ryder, from elementary school, whom he hasn’t seen in over fourteen years. The attraction is immediate and undeniable, and while Ethan is open to exploring an intimate relationship with the guy he’s always loved, he’s nervous. He’s never actually been attracted to another guy before.

Ryder is worried too. Having his long lost best friend back in his life is a dream come true and terrifying all at once. After all these years apart, Ryder is still in love with Ethan. He isn’t sure Ethan feels the same and is afraid of how much it will hurt if he attempts to find out.

A grab of a hand and a tentative kiss are all that’s needed to ignite the love they’ve always held for each other. When a fast-moving storm buries the cars and streets in a couple feet of snow, Ryder has no choice but to stay the night with Ethan, giving them both a chance to explore the amazing things that can happen when snowed in together.

This gay romance novelette can be read as a stand-alone, however, features characters introduced in the story, Snowed In.

I hope you enjoy this short Christmas love story.

Merry Christmas!

Love,
Savannah

Just Released! Stay

Stay
(Troubled Hearts Book 1)
Stay, the first book in my Troubled Hearts series, released today, October 31. I contemplated releasing the book in November, but the story, I felt, was ready. So, in honor of this month being LGBT History Month, I decided to release it early.

Stay is also the first book in the Troubled Hearts series which will feature standalone novels loosely connected to one another. Stay tuned for news on the second book which I expect to release next Spring. In the mean time, be on the look out for new short stories as well.

Love,
Savannah

Cover Reveal: Stay

This one took a little longer than I expected. What started as a short story idea evolved into a short novel at just over 40,000 words. I think this is one of my favorite's so far, cover and all.

Growing up in Texas, Blake Stevens’ childhood held few happy memories. His dad drank and his mom worked double shifts. Things were okay, to say the least, but everything changed for the worse when the few friends he thought he had outed him to the whole school at sixteen and his boyfriend turned against him. A couple years later, his parents abandoned him after his dad caught him kissing another boy. He thought things might turn around when he enlisted in the Marines. He met a guy who quickly became his best friend, someone Blake thought might actually stick around. But apparently one caring person in his life was too much to ask for. His best and only true friend left him, leaving Blake to once again, face the world alone.

Asher Collins grew up surrounded by a loving, supportive family and is beyond grateful for them. He cares about everyone he meets, sometimes too much. Losing a friend is hard. Losing a boyfriend is debilitating. Ash doesn’t like being alone. He wants to find and fall in love with that one person he knows is out there somewhere, but after his last breakup, he’s hesitant to go looking. He figures, if it’s meant to be, the right guy will eventually come along. Until then, he’s content in helping to manage his family’s ranch and summer camp.

Their paths cross when Blake comes looking for work and Ash hires him to help with the busy summer season. Within hours, Ash sees past the mask Blake is trying to hide behind and Ash's caring nature takes over. He breaks down the first of Blake’s walls before the day is out, offering to help Blake in any way he can. For Blake, it’s too much too soon and he panics. He’s conflicted and scared. He’s drawn to Ash, but is certain that the moment he lets him in, Ash will abandon him too.

Blake’s heart is closed off and broken. Ash’s heart was invested the moment they met. If Ash can find his way in, both might find exactly what they’ve been looking for.

A Little Something Different

Earlier this year, before I started writing gay romance, I published something quite different than I ever had before. For the first time ever, I wrote and published five short stories that straddled the line between erotic romance and straight erotica. It was during that time I fell in love with gay romance and switched my focus. Since then, I still have late night cravings to write more erotic fiction, but I love all romance, so what to do?

A couple months ago, I unpublished my first five erotic short stories (a single series altogether) because I didn't feel like they fit with the other adult romance I'd been writing. They stuck out in a way that didn't feel right to me. Recently, I decided to revisit them. I liked them and didn't like seeing them sitting on the sidelines, but I wanted to give them more of a complete feel instead of independent reads. I decided to consolidate them together into one novella length work.

The result is Our Family Secret.
If you like taboo erotica with a touch of romance and a bit of a plot, you may like this. Keep in mind, this is very different from the other adult and gay romance I've written and published to date. While I may continue to publish more romantic erotica, I am not giving up the others. Our Family Secret is pure, naughty fun meant to entertain. If you do read, I hope you enjoy.

Savannah

Our Family Secret
Release Date: September 29, 2015

When Matt married Jane, he went in knowing she could never again have kids. But he loved her and adopted her two girls, Maddie and Avery, as his own. Sixteen years later, the girls are all grown up and Matt is feeling down again at the thought of never having children of his own. He's not resentful and he could never leave his wife and or the girls.

Resigning himself to never having children of his own, he tells his wife to find a way to keep the girls living at home for as long as possible with the hopes of keeping his family close together. Jane isn't sure what to do until one day, when she catches his wandering eyes and lustful gazes falling on her two gorgeous daughters.

Jane and the girls offer Matt a chance at everything he wants, but the cost is a secret no one outside their family can ever know about. Conflicted at first, Matt is hesitant. He shouldn’t want his stepdaughters in that way, but he can’t help the growing desire to test his wife’s offer.

When Matt finally gives in, he discovers that what may seem wrong to the outside world is perfectly right for their family.

Author’s note: This book is an edited consolidation of the following short stories previously published by this author: Taking Maddie, Claiming Avery, Craving His Girls, Sharing Jane, and Milking His Girls. Contents include explicit sexual content and taboo relationships intended for mature audiences only.

Hi, Welcome, and Thank you!

This is my first blog post as Savannah. If you haven't noticed already, Savannah is one of my pen names (and personalities) that I write under. Up until recently, I'd only written Young Adult novels and short stories, but Adult Romance started calling my name. Then, I fell in love with gay romance and well, the rest is history.

While most of what I have published as Savannah so far has been short stories with a few venturing into novella length, I do have plans to publish novel length romance as well. Obviously, that takes just a bit longer to write. Even more so because I still have a regular day job until such time that I can afford a dedicated career as a writer.

Currently, I've been focusing on m/m romance, but I hope to expand into both f/f and m/f. Some of my stories are sweet and mushy with little angst while others are hot and steamy, and in some cases, a little darker. I love contemporary, fantasy, historical too, so as time goes on, I may add a bit here and there. Guess we'll just see where my fantasies take me.

To all my readers (and hopefully soon to be fans), thank you for your support.

~Savannah
